Delete My Data

We respect your right to control your personal data. If you would like to delete your account and associated data from Chinese Zodiac Horoscope, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Deletion

• Send an email to astrology@ectosoft.com with the subject line "Delete My Account".
• Include the email address associated with your account so we can locate your data.
• We will confirm your request and process the deletion within 30 days.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your user profile and account information (name, email, avatar)
• Birth date, birth time, and birth location data
• Zodiac calculations, Four Pillars chart data, and cached sign information
• Friend connections and associated comparison data
• Preferences, cookies, and session data

What Data May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Purchased report records and transaction history (required for financial and legal compliance)
• Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to you

Facebook Users

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove our app from your Facebook account by going to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, finding Chinese Zodiac Horoscope, and clicking Remove.
