How does element compatibility work?
In Ba Zi, the five elements (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water) interact through cycles of support and control. Your report maps how each person's elemental makeup creates harmony, tension, or growth opportunities in the relationship.
What is the compatibility score based on?
The overall score combines 7 dimensions: Yin-Yang balance, Day Master interaction, element harmony, branch relationships, Twelve Palaces alignment, Ten Gods dynamics, and elemental balance overlap. Each dimension is weighted based on your relationship mode.
Do both people need to know their birth time?
No. The report works with just birth dates (3-pillar readings). If either or both people know their birth time, the analysis becomes more precise with 4-pillar data. Mixed readings (3-pillar + 4-pillar) are fully supported.
Can I compare myself with multiple people?
Yes. You can generate separate compatibility reports for different relationships. Each report is a unique analysis of that specific pairing.
Does the other person need an account?
No. You only need the other person's birth date (and optionally birth time). You can enter their details during the report generation process without them needing to sign up.
